시작하기

Getting started

Blinko를 실행해요. 작은 픽셀펫이 메뉴바(화면 오른쪽 위)에 나타나요.
짧은 인트로를 따라가며 휴식 리듬과 펫 이름을 정하면 돼요. 설정은 그게 전부예요.
하던 일을 계속해요. 정한 간격이 되면 화면이 은은하게 어두워지고 짧은 휴식이 나타난 뒤 원래대로 돌아와요.

Launch Blinko. A small pixel pet appears in your menu bar (top right of the screen).
A short intro walks you through your break rhythm and a name for your pal. That is the whole setup.
Keep working. On your chosen interval the screen gently dims and a short break appears, then returns to normal.

지금 바로 쉬고 싶다면, 펫을 누르고 지금 휴식하기를 선택해요.

To take a break right away, click the pal and choose Take a break now.

What the pal's moods mean

만족 - 잘 쉬고 있어요.
곧 휴식 - 휴식이 다가오고 있어요(펫이 하품해요).
쉬는 중 - 휴식이 진행 중이에요(눈을 감고 있어요).
개운함 - 방금 휴식을 마쳤어요.
조금 졸림 - 몇 번 건너뛰었어요. 나무라지 않고, 펫이 그저 조금 피곤해 보일 뿐이에요.

Content - you are resting well.
Break soon - a break is coming up (the pal yawns).
Resting - a break is in progress (eyes closed).
Refreshed - you just finished a break.
A bit sleepy - you have skipped a few; no scolding, the pal just looks tired.

설정

Settings

펫을 눌러 팝오버를 열고, 톱니바퀴를 눌러요. 작업 간격과 휴식 길이를 정하고, 펫 이름을 바꾸고, 화면 디밍을 켜거나 끄고, 가벼운 휴식 소리를 고르고, 여러 가지 눈 운동을 번갈아 켜고, 로그인 시 Blinko가 실행되도록 설정할 수 있어요. 스마트 일시정지는 전체 화면 앱이 열려 있거나 자리를 비웠을 때 휴식을 미뤄둬요.

Click the pal to open the popover, then the gear. You can set the work interval and break length, rename the pal, turn the screen dim on or off, choose gentle break sounds, rotate through a variety of eye exercises, and launch Blinko at login. Smart Pause holds a break while a full-screen app is open or while you have stepped away.

문제 해결

Troubleshooting

실행했는데 Blinko가 보이지 않아요

Blinko는 설계상 Dock 아이콘도, 메인 창도 없어요. 메뉴바 오른쪽 끝 근처에서 작은 크림색 픽셀펫을 찾아보세요. 메뉴바가 붐비면 다른 메뉴바 항목 뒤에 가려져 있을 수 있어요.

I can't find Blinko after launching it

Blinko has no Dock icon and no main window by design. Look for the small cream pixel pet near the right end of the menu bar. If the menu bar is crowded it may be hidden behind other menu-bar items.

기대한 때에 휴식이 나타나지 않았어요

스마트 일시정지는 전체 화면 앱이 맨 앞에 있거나 키보드에서 자리를 비운 동안 휴식을 미뤄두고, 잠시 뒤 다시 시도해요. 지금 휴식을 시험해 보려면 펫을 누르고 "지금 휴식하기"를 선택하거나, 설정에서 작업 간격을 1분으로 낮춰보세요.

A break didn't appear when I expected one

Smart Pause holds a break while a full-screen app is frontmost or while you have been away from the keyboard, and tries again shortly after. To test a break right now, click the pal and choose "Take a break now," or lower the work interval to 1 minute in Settings.

"로그인 시 실행"이 유지되지 않아요

시스템 설정 > 일반 > 로그인 항목을 열고 Blinko가 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. 꺼져 있다면 거기서 다시 켜면 Blinko가 Mac과 함께 시작돼요.

"Launch at login" didn't stick

Open System Settings > General > Login Items and confirm Blinko is enabled. If it is off, toggle it back on there and Blinko will start with your Mac.

인트로를 다시 보려면 어떻게 하나요?

설정을 열고 "인트로 다시 보기"를 선택하세요.

How do I replay the intro?

Open Settings and choose "Replay intro."
